This podcast is hosted by Jennifer Morrison, Vermont’s Commissioner of Public Safety and Andrea Shreeman, a writer/director/executive producer based in Los Angeles. The focus of the podcast is to review and reveal events surrounding the 1988 killings of Jennifer and Andrea’s college friends, Rachael Raver and Warren Fulton III, and to distill experience from career professionals in law enforcement, public safety and criminal justice into nuggets of wisdom for the future.

In 35 to 65-minute conversations with professionals directly involved in the Raver/Fulton case, cases linked by DNA evidence to their convicted killer, and with other public servants not directly connected to the case; Andrea and Jennifer seek to gain insight and track innovation on topics surrounding violent crime including; victim services, sexual assault, investigation strategies and technology, trauma impact, legacy and recovery, violence prevention, the death penalty, effective programs and departments, prison conditions, public safety then and now, community impact, and lessons for the future.
